Good Stuff is Back!

Hi stampin’ friends!

It’s been 2 weeks since Matt’s open heart surgery and he is doing very well!
Thank you for the cards, messages and texts – he feels the love
His birthday is today and the best present is his health and 4 brand new arteries LOL

I’ll be ready to post a video next weekend with brand new products coming out Nov 6th!
I thought I could work videos in between being a nurse, healthy chef, driver and all that goes with
cardiac rehab but I’ve been busy!    I’m itching to get into my preorder box!

Some good stuff you may have been waiting for is back in stock.  If there is something you want and it’s temporarily missing, please let me know so I can watch it for you.

Many of the embellishments will be back next week on November 6th and Nov 13th!  I’ll keep you posted.

these are back!

An Update and New Arrivals

Hi!  Some of you were looking for my weekly video this past weekend and it’s not here.
My husband Matt had unexpected heart surgery instead of me stamping, filming and blogging!
It was Thursday morning and he had some chest pressure all night long and thought for a minute it might be just indigestion but it kept getting worse so we went to the ER. Which was the best thing to do since they determined quickly that he had 3 clogged arteries!  We are feeling so very lucky that it was caught quickly and could have been so much worse.  On Friday he had open heart surgery and had a quadruple bypass, one week before his 54th birthday!    Matt is doing fantastic, healing ahead of schedule and hopefully can come home tomorrow!

It may take me another week before I’m back doing videos since I’ll be his nurse LOL
I may be an extra week behind mailing thank you gifts for online orders but I’ll get them out as soon as I can.
Thanks for all the good vibes and messages!

————————————————————————————–

BTW, there are some new things in the online store!
I LOVE that they keep adding new things that aren’t tied to a hard copy catalog.
It allows SU to add things spontaneously and I like to see what is new!

If you are a paper pumpkin subscriber already, you can add on these cards/envelopes to an order!
20 cards and 20 envelopes which are great to just stamp a sentiment on and you are ready to send.
#163985  Warm Wishes Cards/Envelopes  $14

I have been looking for a really nice Hanukkah set!
This is not in a catalog, it was out of stock for a bit and they made more.  If you need to make Hanukkah cards, this would be a great one to have.    #165131  $24  Celebrate the Miracle (clear see-thru photopolymer)

Do you like to have a countdown to Christmas during December?   This would be so fun to fill the envelopes with gifts or treats!    Look at all the goodies that come in this kit – I might get it just for making cards and tags!

#163114 Rustic Christmas Countdown Kit   $19

The delicate greenery circles and leaves!  And the cute bows!
Actually as I’m typing this, I can see using the envelopes and filling with treats for a holiday luncheon I’m going to.
I can add a sentiment instead of the numbers.  (off to order that now – be right back! )

If you have looked through our Annual catalog, looked through the Holiday catalog,
and are STILL looking for something different, be sure to keep and eye on the Online Store!

You can find it HERE

Video: Lattice Weaving & Handcrafted Elements Dies

I saw this great paper weaving card on Facebook today from Meg Loven – she created a gorgeous vanilla Fall card.  You can see her card in my video and here in this link.
I was inspired to try it out !    I ended up covering my lattice a little too much but I still like how it came out.  Oh and I show a few other samples in the video, too:

These dies are stand alone dies in the Holiday catalog.  They are are called Handcrafted Elements:
#162330  $38

I haven’t used any of them except the ornament yet but I could see potential for all occasions.

I like this one just as much and it’s easier!

I love the BOLD font for this set!  It’s called Joy to You
$24  #162090
I like this sample from SU using it  – a LOT of die cutting but for a special card, I’d try it!

Video: Abundant Beauty Leaves Mask Stencil

I know it’s my norm to post on Saturdays but I may move to Sundays since weekends have been so busy lately.
This week’s project may get ink on your fingers but it’s pretty!

When did they begin calling stencils Masks?
Is there a difference?  I’m not sure but that’s what SU calls these….

They look just like stencils to me:)
This set is called Abundant Beauty Decorative Masks and many are in love with it for the 4 part sunflower stencil mask, which is lovely!  There is also a houndstooth, snowflakes and the leaves which I used for today’s project.

Whether you still call it a stencil or a mask, I felt crafty making this one!
