I received an email from Noreen with a request to make tags on a key ring.  She reminded me that I made one years ago and to update with some new tags.  I really enjoyed making these!
A great little gift for someone or to keep on hand to use when you need one.

Video: 80 Candles Accordion Card

This card was so fun to create!  A dear friend is turning 80 and so 80 candles on one card seemed perfect to celebrate this milestone.

 

This card was so long I had to take the photo in 3 pieces!

The recipient is a great guy in our neighborhood who is on our firewise team so we had to mention a burn permit:)

Note:  I used individual panels although you could use 4-1/4″ x 11″ and score in 1/2 to create 2 sections.  I used the individual panels adhered together for stability.

Video: Mini Matchbox Drawers

Hi all!  Anyone remeber these cuties?  Little matchbox style boxes, stacked to create a little chest of drawers for goodies….


I made this boxes to be 2″ x 3″, small enough for the recipient to say ‘oh my gosh, cute!’ but practical to add little treats or baubles in each drawer.  I added a little card to fit inside, too.


The box on the right is longer, 2″ x 4″.  I’m using this box for a bracelet for a gift to someone special this holiday.

I had a request to use the BIG leaf dies on a regular card and so glad she suggested it.
I really love how it turned out!  I admit I was suprised to see how big the dies were but they really do make a statement:)
