Hi all!
I’ve got an easy layout this week!
Not necessarily a new technique to use 1/4″ strips to add a little extra somethin’ without heavy layers.

This layout uses a thick white card base and strips plus adding the designer paper pieces so the card is lightweight!
I used Playing in the Rain bundle along with the Bright & Beautiful 6×6 paper
For this landscape version, I used the Fresh As a Daisy paper along with Sending Smiles.

I do like this hand-drawn, big plaid background stamp.

This week I had a request for an oldie fun fold called a Wiper Card.
I hadn’t filmed a video for one of those in 10 years so it was time !
I created a double pop up, one for the cherry on top and one for the sentiment.

Hi all! Another project from our annual catalog preorder for demonstrators – it’s called Circle Sayings and is bundled with a 2-3/8″ circle punch. It’s great to have a big circle punch again!

I’m loving the versatility of the 6×6 designer paper called Bright & Beautiful.
Loads of bold colors!
Same paper, same stamp set and yet different feels….

My assignment this week was a request from Caroline who asked which bundle from the Regency Suite is better?
I actually liked using them both but one stretched ahead by a nose for me!

The Regency Park Suite is in the soon-to-be-retired Stampin’ Up mini catalog. The 2 bundles are carrying over to the new annual catalog in May but not at the 10% off bundle price. The Designer paper will NOT be carrying over and I highly recommend getting that if you get the bundle!

“Online Exclusives” like these will be released in March, July and November, taking up the space in between the new printed catalog releases. (The new Annual catalog will be released May 2nd)

Shiny, new paper is my focus this week!
It is called Naturally Gilded Specialty designer paper, shiny and in 3 metallic colors that compliment lots of projects.
Not available in any catalog or flyer, just a fun new online extra addition!

I thought it would be fun to use each style of this paper in a card and it did not disappoint!
(except it is hard to photograph with all the shine)

Above is my version and below is the Stampin’ Up inspiration! I used Balmy Blue and they used Pool party with the copper/white paper. Watch the video for a little trick for the inside!
I cut the flowers from the Awash with Beauty paper – no stamping except the sentiment
For the silver/white paper, I brushed on a little Granny Apple Green and Bermuda Bay for a soft glow.
The silver pattern resists the ink nicely!
For the gold/vanilla paper, I added a few gold foil butterflies using the Brilliant Wings dies.
This was so hard to photograph!

HI there!
Three of you asked me if I would do a video using the Songbird Builder punch
and since I’d recently got it FREE with my last Sale-A-Bration order, I did!
I don’t know why I didn’t get this cute bundle when the annual catalog came out last year.
I love birds and having a punch instead of dies is nice and easy.
The Songbird punch is free until the end of February with a $50 order and so is the Clouds folder so I used them both.
(It’s hard to capture the clear embossing folder so I added navy paper inside for the photo)
You don’t need the stamp set but I think it’s worth it to buy it while the punch is free. The stamp set is only $19 by itself.

This week I’m using Around the Bend, a bundle in the Stampin’ Up mini catalog.
I love curvy dies so I picked up this one right away!
This bundle is one of the few that is available in both Photopolymer stamps AND Rubber, same price of $52.
Personally I went with the photopolymer because the stamps being clear are easier to line up along the curves.
