We are almost back to normal around our little NC town, roads opening up and grocery stores getting stock in. We still have to boil our water but so many still don’t have power so we are grateful that we do.
Remember I used the Book Treat Boxes a few weeks ago? I was waiting for the Sophisticated Sled bundle to come back so I could post this one! It was so relaxing to put together this little shadowbox winter scene!

I love an ‘old school’ fun fold but with new papers!
This fold takes a little bit more cardstock but so versatile.
I used 3 new designer papers and accessories in 3 different orientations:

Even if you don’t scrapbook the traditional way, you may want to check out the 2-Toned 12×12 Cardstock or some of the Kits (see a video here). I’ll order the cardstock, which is a bit lighter in weight and has a white core (remember Cor’dinations? Maybe it is like that)

This was an experiment on watercolor paper using one of the masks to create a watercolor background. (see my video for how I did that) . There is dimension that doesn’t really show up but it’s cool in person.
I used the Radiating Stitches die around the edges only to find out as I’m typing this up that they are retired now.
I’m sure you will find something close to work well also!

Hi! This week I got to play with the Frames & Flowers designer paper. It is unique in that there are 3 sheets of die cut pieces you can punch out! Love not having to fussy cut:)
It also has 3 sheets of regular designer paper that are double sided.

Hi all!
I’ve got an easy layout this week!
Not necessarily a new technique to use 1/4″ strips to add a little extra somethin’ without heavy layers.

This layout uses a thick white card base and strips plus adding the designer paper pieces so the card is lightweight!
I used Playing in the Rain bundle along with the Bright & Beautiful 6×6 paper
For this landscape version, I used the Fresh As a Daisy paper along with Sending Smiles.

GORGEOUS GARDEN DIES #161283 $42 Set of 2
I bought these new dies and finally getting some time to play with them!
I made 3 different cards and I love the versatility of these dies.
On the inside of the Just a Note card you can barely see the design I stamped using the die and ink pad but I like the subtleness of the pattern. And you might not guess what designer paper I used for the colorful pattern!
.How did I miss that the Limited Edition stamp set retired? aargh! Love that stamp set with the Paper Hug sentiment…
You can substitute anything that fits in your banner.
