Coaster gifts (cork, window sheets and adhesive sheets) made for me by Sandy Grimes
These are coasters given to me by my friend, Sandy Grimes – aren’t they pretty?
Today is our check in day, buses are running tours to the Stampin Up campus and demonstrators are picking up their bags and awards. Tonight is our Kick Off Party! There will be amazing displays, demonstration booths and a big party to get us going into convention mode!
I’m excited to be doing a demo tonight at one of the booths so won’t be posting much tonight since I’ll be miked up and busy sharing by presentation. Wish me luck! I get nervous in front of crowds but at least all stampers are easy going and friendly.
Here are a few swaps by 2 of my downline team members here, Susan Scarpelli and Debbie Hileman. They did some great cards here!

I only have 15 minutes to post tonight so here are a few of my favorite swaps from our April Get Together here in Florida. All stamps, inks, papers and accessories are from Stampin’ Up and you can see the current products here!

Stamped by Sandy Fechtenburg. All Images copyright Stampin' Up!
Sandy used the Tea Party dsp with a Sizzix butterfly cut out of So Saffron. The butterfly has been run through the Texturz Plates.

Stamped by Patty Sharkey. All Images copyright Stampin' Up!
Patty wheeled the Lazy Days wheel from the Occasions mini down the side of the card – in Tango maybe? or Only Orange? The stamp set is Just Beachy, also from the Occasions Mini catalog.

Stamped by Kathy Yip. All Images copyright Stampin' Up!
Gorgeous box using our Top Note Sizzix die! She used our white gel pen to highlight the stitching already on the Top Note.

Stamped by Karen . All Images copyright Stampin' Up!
Karen said she adapted this design from the SU Stampin’ Success in May, page 11. The base of the card is Real Red and she embossed the greeting, too!

Stamped by Jackie Walker. All Images copyright Stampin' Up!
Jackie used Cameo coral as the base of the card, added some Pink Flamingo paper and the Just Beachy stamp set. Cute!

Stamped by Cyndra Alderman. All Images copyright Stampin' Up!
Cyndra used a little puffy paint or liquid applique (we don’t sell it anymore but you can get it at the craft stores) for the cupcake icing. I like how each cupcake has a different color liner! Crazy for Cupcakes is the stamp set name.

I’ve had a raging cold all week long, thanks in part to my wonderful husband who had a cold last week altho it wasn’t his intention to give it to me so I can’t be too mad. I have carried around a box of Kleenex under one arm from room to room for the last 3 days. The highlight of my week was receiving my swaps back from my monthly swap group of talented stampers and I thought I’d share:

Stamped by Mary Hall. I loved the colors – Black and Not Quite Navy, and the way she used the Top Note Sizzix Die and cut it in half.

This is stamped by Sharon Skelton. The picture doesn’t favor it well, so sorry about that. The card is Sage Shadow with Chocolate, image embossed in Silver.

Stamped by Sharon Burkert. Love that Stampin’ Up large stitched chocolate ribbon!

Stamped by Rhea Hughes. The colors are unique using Baha and Kraft cardstock. And LOOK at the Kraft taffeta ribbon…I didn’t even realize we sold that! Gotta get some…

Stamped by Mary Ammar. Love seeing that bling paired up with our Filigree brads!

Stamped by Linda Picchioni. Urban Garden Designer paper – Love it!

Stamped by Kimberly Allen. Handsome Hunter, Riding Hood Red and gold shimmer cardstock that is embossed in gold – so elegant!

Stamped by Jan Cramer. What a sweet, Tango’d Card!

Stamped by?? Ok girls – someone email me and tell me who did this one. It is hard to photograph b/c it is a vellum card, embossed in Iridescent Ice – very pretty!

Stamped by Susan Gudmunson. She gave us a little extra detail by snipping the taffeta ribbon to look like a scarf!

Stamped by Carol Gilmore. She glittered over the whole ornament circle and tied it all up with that awesome, wide grosgrain!
I’ll continue with my Stampbuster video series in a few days when I’m not held hostage in the Nyquil, Dayquil, Nyquil cycle.
Stay healthy,
Linda
