Hi Stampers!  Coming home was wonderful although no pillow gifts at night or breakfast buffet when I woke up…will have to see what Matt can do about that hee hee.

I promised to post my swaps from the Founder’s Circle trip and I am finally done shooting, cropping and uploading.  I just love all the cards I received from these talented stampers!  The theme was Holiday Cards and most are Christmas although you’ll see a few Halloween and Thanksgiving. So you can see the detail on them, I have decided to post in large size rather than thumbnails.  I’ll post them all in several posts over the next week and include the stamp set and colors.  I hope they inspire you for your own stamping, workshops or classes!

This was stamped by Carol Payne.  It was a favorite of mine and others also.  I had to email her to ask her how she did it.  It is perfectly glittered and hard to see in the picture.  Here are her directions:

Stamp tree from “Snow Swirled”  in Creamy Caramel.
Stamp snowflakes in Riding Hood Red
Clean stamp
Stamp tree in Versamark using Stamp-a-ma-jig
Sprinkle with Heat & Stick
Heatefrom underneath side of cardstock just till Heat & Stick melted
Sprinkle with Dazzling Diamonds
When cool, remove excess glitter with Swiffer cloth.

“Snow Swirled” Stamped by Deb Valder.  I love the dimensional star she punched with Stampin’ Up small star punch.  It takes 3 stars folded in half to get this look.  I also love the So Saffron and Artichoke used together.   There is also glitter on the flowers.

Another “Snow Swirled”!  Stamped by  Rene Watson.  Windsor Knot Designer paper, Sage Shadow, So  Saffron, Old Olive card stocks and inks. Love the horizontal slot punch for ribbon!

Stamped by Karen Trelfa.  The greeting is embossed in Old Olive Craft (pigment) ink and clear powder, which is an extra nice touch.   Old Olive, Riding Hood Red cs and striped ribbon.  Stamp set is “Christmas Classics”.  Designer paper is Holiday Treasures.

Stamped by Kim Allen.  Old Olive cardstock, Chocolate Chip Patterns paper and “Deer Friends” stamp set.

Stamped by Debbie Naylor, Spotlighting Technique.  Stamp set is “Holiday Lineup”, Real Red, Chocolate Chip, Cocoa and Kiwi cardstocks.  Who wouldn’t smile when they received this card?

Stamped by Susie Wood.  “Batty For You” and “Big Deal Alphabet”.   Basic Gray, Kiwi, Pumpkin and Black cardstocks/inks.  Look closely to see the dry embossed dots across the top – remember that we had to do 135 of these?  My goodness, that’s a lot of dots….

Stamped by Robin Spinner.  “A Happy Heart” from the Holiday mini catalog.  Basic Black, Riding Hood Red adn white inks/cardstocks.  There is a little paper clip tucked behind the oval punch and she said that it would look soooo cute with a mini library clip also.

Stamped by Christy Harsch.  The base of the card is Not Quite Navy and layered with Mellow Moss and Baha Breeze.  Lots of punches – circles, Designer label and Key Tag.  The front layer opens and closes with a half slit punch tab.  Stamp set is “Holiday Trinkets”

Stamped by Kari Metzger.  “Holiday Lineup”,  Real Red cardstock and striped ribbon, Top Note Big Shot Sizzix Die.  Happy, Happy…

Stamped by Kristina Koch.  I think she randomly inked white glossy cardstock with Ballet blue and Bordering Blue and then embossed it with Irridescent Ice powder before using the Big Shot Snowflake die.  I’m guessing as there isn’t a recipe – it is very textural and has the vellum wheeled greeting on the front.

Stamped by Barb Mullikin.  Stamp set is “Spotlight on Christmas”, which coordinates with our 5 petal flower punch.  Kiwi and Old Olive and Riding Hood Red cs and inks.  The middles of the flowers are gold microbeads!

More tomorrow!

Linda
