Quick Technique: Poppin Pastels on Ribbon?

Why not popping pastels on ribbon? It works! Grab your favorite stamp, a VersaMark pad and your pastels & daubers. No need to seal it – it’s even waterproof! I ran it under the kitchen faucet to be sure!
