This beautiful card was created by Shelli Gardner, Founder of Stampin’ Up! She has a blog www.soshelli.com. What I love, love, love about this card is that she rolled the wheel, Friendly Words, directly on the pretties flower. Then after rolling it on her card, she attached the flower with a rhinestone brad right where it matched. Sort of a Spotlighting technique!
The stamp set is Friends 24/7. It looks like she used Basic Black, Pale Plum and Naturals White card stock. Beautiful!
