Here is a LIVE action video from our last demonstrator get together! Deborah LaRue, a talented demo here in FL, created a new spin on the paper flowers everyone is making. She turned them more into mums or carnations. Take a peek:
Give her lots of cyber applause for having the nerve to get up in front of everyone, including my camera! Great job, Deb!
Linda
I love the flower. Will try and make it a project for our card club. They are always looking for ways to use their punches.
it really is fun! Getting the flowers wet enough is key, too- helps them be stiffer once they dry!’
Linda
Deb, your flowers are beautiful…..will have to try them.
Thanks
I love this flower! It’s the nicest version I’ve seen. Thank you for sharing this video.
I love this flower and it’s so easy to make. Can’t wait to try it out. You did a great job Linda in recording this video for us. Thank you Deb.
Thank you, this is a wonderful way to do flowers..
THANK YOU!!!!!!!
Wow, I saw this on SCS and loved it and now have the video – thank you so much for sharing it here Linda, will sure give it a try! Hugs always!
I LOVE making these flowers. They are great on boxes, gift bags etc. Also as an accent to the tag (2 tag Big Shot Die) that is a bookmark.
I never thought to get them wet–it makes them easier to make and they turn out prettier.
Thanks for the wonderful tutorial and video! Deborah did GREAT!
Sandy
These are gorgeous. Thanks so much Deb and Linda Now I have to try it!!
Marty

Cheryl
Thank you for sharing this. I’m always looking for carnations, and I’m going to try pinking some of the scallops to make this appear even more like a carnation. Great demo!
Nicely done! Bravo! Fabulous demonstration, Deb!!! Thank you. I’m going right to my craft room to try it.
Gorgeous!! Thanks for sharing. Great demonstration too!
That was a GREAT tutorial!! Very well explained and what a beautiful flower!! I am off to give it a try right now! Thanks so much!
Loved the flower video tutorials! Would you consider also posting a written “recipe” for those of use that like to keep drafts of techniques in our computer files?
Stampin’ Smiles from Ear to Ear,
Ann 🙂
Hey Ann! Wish I had time to transcribe the video projects for those that like to save them, If you want to watch the video again and write up the written directions, I’ll post them here, too! Linda
What a great video! I’ve seen these flowers and have seen written instructions, but it’s this video that’s finally making me want to try it out. Showing how to ink when wet, how to add sparkle, and the results with other color combinations makes in a very complete tutorial. Love the card too. Great job! (lots of Anns here… I’m the one from TN)
Hey Ann! Your bird punch projects have been fab!!
