I’m still loving the new Corrugated paper in this year’s annual Stampin up catalog. It’s already textured and a great neutral to layer on.
I used my Whisper White craft pad and swept it across the corrugated paper using the DTP, (fancy acronym for Direct to paper) technique:
I layered it on thick whisper white card stock as the cart base. Then added the corrugated paper and a little square of the neutrals DSP, with white ink around the edges also.
There’s a new leaf stamp set in the annual catalog called vintage leaves. (They also have coordinating framelits) I stamped the leaves in Sahara sand on a scalloped tag punched paper. I added a few strands of the White Jute.
I love the new metal rimmed pearls! I added one in the black stamped butterfly.
Hope you like it!
We have our Florida friends in town and today we are off to Chimney Rock. Yesterday we went tubing down the French Broad River and although we were diligent with our sunscreen, We are all feeling a little crispy today!
Anyone have a good remedy for sunburn?
Here are the supplies for the project in case you would like to order anything to make your own!
Go stamp something!

Love this, Linda! The corrugated paper makes it extra special.
What an elegant card. I’m anxious to try the corrugated paper.
We used to use Noxzema cream for sunburns when I was a teenager in Texas and when we used to fry ourselves by the pool. It’s not pretty but baking soda mixed with water cools the skin also.
Try regular white vinegar for your sunburn. Aloe can get thick and keep the heat in but vinegar draws the heat out and helps prevent blisters. Apply with a spray bottle every couple hours or as needed. You get used to the smell!
Glad you explained what DTP was cos only thing that came to my mind was dirty toilet paper. Miss you Linda!!
Solarcaine sray helps too. Like this card idea.
Love this card – I really must get some of that corrugated paper! I burn very easily and have found that aloe vera gel applied gently to the skin works best for me – even better if you keep the tube of it in the ‘fridge beforehand! Very cooling! Also, drink lots of water to rehydrate yourself from the inside out too! 🙂 Lucy from the UK x

Love it – what a striking card!
