I keep looking for bears here in my area in NC.  I haven’t seen one recently, even with the bare trees so I thought I’d get my fix by stamping one!

Just a recap – Over the next few weeks, I’ll be using the Stampin’ Up paper stacks. These packs are monochromatic patterns mixed with white in polka dots, diagonal stripes, flowers and script designs. You get a lot in one pack! 40 sheets, 12 x 12 for only 22.00! Compare that to regular designer paper which is 11.00 for 12 sheets. Even with tax and shipping, they work out to around 65 cents a sheet!

For #2, I’m using Early Espresso, Whisper White, Soft Sky and the Garden Green from the REGALS paper stack for ‘grass’.

Replace solid papers for the print stacks!  The added pattern on a card can jazz up a nice card to the next level.  It’s just like adding patterns to your wardrobe instead of just solid shirts:)  Nothing wrong with solid shirts but sometimes it just needs an extra kick.

I stamped a few critters from the Thankful Forest Friends stamp set in black and Cajun Craze.  The bunny disappeared so I didn’t use him….he shouldn’t have been hanging out with bears and fox:)

i just hand cut some curves on the green paper for hills.  I was late on a birthday card so this one will be perfect!

I love doing little scenes on the inside, too!
