Hello friends!  I’m playing catch up after the Thanksgiving holiday as I’m sure many of you are, too!  I can’t believe it’s going to be December in a few days!

Today I’m posting #3 of 12 ideas using the Stampin’ Up Designer Series Paper Stacks.  In case you missed it, I’m giving some 4×6 samplers away this month as a thank you for ordering with me!

This is a little 3×3 card and I used the Soft Sky from the Subtles stack:

Another way to use your designer patterned papers is to emboss it.  Here I embossed a punched a 2-1/2″ circle with the Tiny Triangles folder.

Embossing your patterned paper gives it a fabric feel and some textural interest.

I hadn’t even used my Festival of Trees and punch yet this season!  This little card is going on a green gift bag I have plans for:)

Side note: I chose the Tiny Triangles folder because it’s on sale Monday Nov 30th for $6 (normally 7.50)  It’s not my favorite folder but I do like it for masculine cards.  Can’t have too many folders, right?
