With the Stampin’ Up annual catalog Retiring List out, I started inventory and discovered a stamp set that was still new in the case. Kinda like those shirts in my closet that didn’t have an occasion this past year LOL
It’s called My Meadow and it’s one of those artsy, watercolor look stamp sets.
Altho it takes quite a few ink pads, it’s easy to create a sweet scene in minutes!
Here’s my video this week for an easy way to create those mitered corners in the frame!
As a demonstrator, I was able to see the new Stampin’ Up annual catalog and there was a sample in the back of the catalog with a mitered white frame. So I was inspired to try it!

I like to sort by price – look for the deals that are under $10 while supplies last:
Great Card!!! Thanks for showing how to make the frame
Nice card Linda, love the scene! And thanks for the inspiration to use that set. Mine hasn’t seen ink either.
Linda, I am a hobbyist demonstrator mostly so I ask this question of you, as I don’t communicate with my upline very often. With the “scenery” stamp sets like My Meadow and others, how do you know what all the different stamps in the set are for? As I watched your video I learned about several of the stamps that I wouldn’t have recognized for what they are. I am also not very creative, but I do copy well. Thank you.

It’s funny because sometimes I don’t know what they are for until I start playing! And sometimes I use them in a way the artist did not intend but it works. Then I see someone else use it a different way and that works too. That’s why I like those clear image sheets since we can move them around the card and see what it would look like first.
Linda, what an easy and fun way to make a mitered frame. Thanks for the tutorial. I will be making one soon! Your videos are so helpful and inspiring ~ long-time follower and fan,

Love this card. I might try this with the cowboy stamp set
