I got this stamp set free at a Stampin’ Up conference, I put it on my shelf and forgot about it!
It’s called Decorative Borders and a  ‘stand alone’ photopolymer set meaning no dies to go with it

It does stamp nicely, crisp and clean with pretty images to color!

I’m not feeling myself today, might have been the mussels I had at a restaurant last night, so I’m taking the weekend off from my video
but I took photos of my projects along the way to share.

I stamped the curvy border in Night of Navy ink 2x to create an oval then I colored with my alcohol markers, Stampin’ Blends, in mango, Fresh Freesia and Shaded Spruce.

I cut the oval from the flowers with the FRAMED FLORETS die

The Foam Adhesive strips are 9″ long and are just enough to make it all around the oval!  I wanted it to really pop up.
I stamped the Thank you in Navy ink (this is a new stamp set coming out March 1st – I’ll show you in next week’s video!)
I layered on  a piece of Fresh Freesia designer paper from Dandy Designs.

I played around with different orientations, sentiments and colors but loved the Navy and Freesia together
There is such great dimension to the frame in person!
The ‘friends’ sentiment is from Flowers of Friendship and the ‘dear friend’ sentiment is from Sentimental Park.

Thanks for stopping by!  see you next week!
