My dear friend Patsy Waggoner is here visiting this week and it’s so fun to have some company in the stamp room! She said to make the ornament into a hot air balloon so that’s what I did for #11.
I cut the round ornament from white card stock. Then I used the 1-3/4″ circle punch to cut out 3 different color circles. That is the closest size to the ornament. Pacific Blue, Daffodil Delight and Real Red. Those seemed like ‘balloony’ colors to me! Lay the white ornament over each color and mark the lines to trim with a pencil. Then adhere those 3 pieces under the white ornament.
I used the ornament top as the basket and added some white baker’s twine. The Sprinkles of Life set was great for clouds and the greeting.
