Happy Friday!
I’m busy sorting and cleaning my retired stamps for my sale this Saturday but I wanted to share a little inspiration today. I’ve been creating with the Cool Treats set for Stamping School this week. (and BTW, those little ‘jimmies’ were quite tricky to get on my sundae but SO cute!) Tune in on Sunday for the sundae over on Stamping School🙂
A few months back I participated in a swap with our Leader’s group and these four Cool Treats cards were cute but easy to make. I thought I’d share them today so you can see how fun they would be for birthday cards:
I love how Sandy used the shiny, coordinating specialty paper with just a single, stamped ice cream cone. There’s one sheet of the shiny design below and one of shiny cherries.
I think this one is my favorite quick and easy card!
Sandy used the coordinating washi tape across the top and bottom of card and just cut some ovals for the greeting. The Watermelon Wonder color helps it pop!
Doreen used the Lots of Labels and one strip of washi across the middle.
My favorite on this card was the Sprinkles embellishments:
You can see the details of them here – not your typical ice cream embellies but more like little flowers when you add the pearl to the pink sequin.
Here are a few designs from Stampin’ Up:
You can find all these goodies in my store – here are the links if you want them for you own collection:
