Single Stamps
The 2nd promotion is a TEST PILOT PROGRAM that SU is experimenting with. They realize that some stampers may want just one stamp out of a stamp set. Maybe you have a baby shower or someone needs that one stamp only to make a project perfect!
Stampin’ Up is testing the sale of Single Stamps. They have chosen 3 stamp sets to purchase individual stamps- Word Play, Perfectly Penned, and Seasonal Sayings. The offer will be available now through January 2, 2013.
Here are a few things you need to know before purchasing:
These stamps are available on any order type-customer, demonstrator, workshop, or online.
You can find the stamp item numbers on the flyers.
These single stamps can be ordered in the online store.
These won’t be sent to you in our typical cases or packaging; they’ll be packaged in cello bags. If you’d like a case for your stamp, you can buy our Clear-Mount Stamp Cases that come in packs of four (item 119105).
This offer is available for clear-mount stamps only.
The stamps won’t come with a Clear-Mount Block, and you’ll need to buy a block separately if you don’t already have one. The recommended block sizes can be found on the flyers.
There’s no limit on how many pieces you can buy.
This offer is not available in Quebec.
Remember that this is a pilot program, so take advantage of it while you can!
Keep in mind that there is a minimum 6.95 shipping for orders under $69, then it’s only 10%. (that would defeat the $5 stamp lol) If you want a stamp and you see me locally, I can throw it on an order and you can get it from me at the next class to save on shipping.

Local Stampers! Be sure to check my schedule for October classes and rsvp to ones you want to attend!
After Shannon West did a video on this cute lil guy, I was so excited to make one. It was a little bit tougher than I thought to get him lined up with her method so I had to tweak the process for me. If anyone else has an easier way, let me know!
Here’s my version and after doing it with 4 classes plus my team yesterday, most of them came out pretty good!
Remember that your first tree might not come out perfectly but be patient with it. (you should have seen my first one lol – looked like someone lopped off the top!)
You may need to customize the very top section if it doesn’t ‘peak’ enough for you. Sometimes I cut off 3 sections, depends on how the rest of the tree builds up.
*(Stamping School Members – this will be archived for you with the cutting measurements/recipe sheet. It will be uploaded later today there once I get done typing up the measurements)
I love this little guy! Here is another one of my Button Buddies Series I did for the SU convention booth on buttons. I used the Flirtatious DSP Doily for snowflake. The colors are Poppy and Pool Party. The greeting is from a jumbo wheel called Jolly Jingles.
Later I added 2 little rhinestones to his ‘button holes’ on his tummy!
Here is the video!
To Order Button Buddies from me, you can order online HERE or just call me!
Hi everyone! Matt and I are leaving (somewhat) warm Florida today for New Hampshire to see his family. We love to visit snow, just not shovel it so it’s a great vacation! Before we left, I wanted to share some recent stamping projects with you!
We had our annual demonstrator Gift Exchange last Sunday. I read a terribly long left/right poem about Lefty the elf and everyone stands in a BIG circle and pass the gifts left and right. All the stamped gifts are not wrapped, so it is fun to see them go left and right and right and left until they finally end up with their new owner!
Here is a slide-show of most of the gifts as well as stamped projects on display on our SHARE table:

Sending warm wishes and happy thoughts out to all of you!
I’m catching up today on posting some stamping inspiration! This slide show features swaps and cards received in my mailbox from my stampin’ friends over the last few months. Below the slideshow, I’ve highlighted a few of my favorites.
(ps – remember you can click on the square button to stop, right click on picture and save to your computer if you want to save the ideas)

All supplies Stampin’ Up!
Stamped by Karen Wagner
I received this in my mailbox (first holiday card of the year!) last week. I love the colors: Real Red, Old Olive and Night of Navy with the pop of Whisper White. (Stampin’ Up colors are awesome, aren’t they?) Karen stamped the main image from “Gifts Of Christmas” (page 43, Stampin’ Up main catalog) in Real Red twice, cutting out the dove and adhering with a dimensional to pop it up.
Kay Watts - Swap Winner
So elegant in all black and white! Kay was our swap contest winner with this number last month She started with a Basic Black 5×5 card, embossed the left black card stock later with the Finial Press Embossing Folder. The sentiment,. tree and snowflake are from a set called Snow Swirled (one of my favs – page 40, main SU catalog). It looks like she stamped with versamark and then heat embossed with black powder, although you could stamp in black craft pigment ink and then clear embossing powder. Love our wide black striped ribbon that sets it all off!
Deborah LaRue - Swap Winner for November
Our swap contest winner in November for our team get together! Deb started out with a Real Red card, added a lightly sponged vanilla card stock layer, then some DSP, scallop edge in vanilla, more DSP. The skinny black taffeta, red button and little bit of clear tinsel trim makes it extra special.
Matt and I have been staining fences, painting the office and moving furniture around this past week. I need some stamping time so I’m heading to the stamp room!
it’s been a whirlwind here today! Matt took a few pics earlier and now I’ll show what everyone made!
The Christmas trees were created by Catherine Harwood, who is here with us! she used Versamark on vanilla card stock and resisted with sponging. (so clever!)
the chocolate holder was something I saw on the display boards at convention but they had used the tree. thank you to the creative person who inspired the idea!
Stamped by Cindy Baughman. Pretty Sahara Sand and white snowflake card using Serene Snowflakes. A little clear rhinestone brad in the middle adds just the right amount of sparkle!
Stamped by Tracy Komito. Love the Build A Brad embellishment in the middle of the snowflake!
Stamped by Connie L Heisey. Love that Dasher stamp!
