I was playing around with the new Sale-A-Bration paper called Irresistibly Yours and found that when I stamped first, then brayered it, I loved it more!
Here’s a video I made for you showing how I did it:
Here is my project I made with the top pattern. I’ll be posting another one on Stamping School this coming weekend using the Olive vines, so if you are a member there be sure to watch for it.
I love the new wedding suite in the Occasions catalog! The stamp set is called Your Perfect Day and it’s available in wood, clear mount AND photopolymer! There is a background set in there also called Something Lacy that I used. The Irresistibly Yours 12×12 paper is free with a $50 order during Sale a Bration (now thru March 31st, 2015)
Here is a video using the same paper from the SU home office about how to sponge it, spritz or color it with markers

New Photopolymer Set!
This one is called an Angel Policy set because of the little copyright Stampin’ Up at the bottom of each one. For those that want to sell your handmade cards in a store or online, these are required by SU to be stamped on the back.
Of course these are just ADORABLE for everyday creations! Look at the snail mail and the yarn for knitters….I’m ordering one now! Who’s with me?

WEEKLY DEALS
January 13 – 19th
Some good ones this week! If you’ve been wanting the Itty Bitty Accents punch set, it’s on sale!
‘Tis the season to drop off little ‘happies’ to nice people like hair stylists, neighbors, coworkers, mail carriers….so I saw an idea on Pinterest using wire and washi tape for weaving a bracelet. I was thinking it would be great just for a treat bag since ribbon can get a little spendy if you need to make a lot of them. Although washi tape is available in most crafty stores, I love that Stampin’ Up has washi tape that coordinates with their designer papers!
I made a quick video to show how easy the washi tape twisties are to make.
(note: I had an odd yellow cast to my film this time. I could have shot it again but I’ve got some shopping to do!)
I love the way the 3×3 cards/envelope match the washi tape twistie. And of course chocolate anytime is great but coordinating the paper and the washi twistie was fun to do!
Hi everyone! These kits really flew under the radar for me but my customers have been creating some fun things with them so I thought I’d spotlight them.
The kit is called Gratitude for Days. You can use it as a countdown to Thanksgiving recording your gratitude from day to day and hang them up as a reminder with these colorful cards and pockets. Kit includes 33 cards and 30 pockets, as well as stickers and binder clips.
Some are decorating them and sending to the family in advance so they can read them all on Thanksgiving day!
One customer even used them at a baby shower this month for writing advice to the new mom! The pockets and notes are just so cute.

Tomorrow I have a video for you using the Watercolor Winter Card Kit! I was going to post today but that would be a very LONG post so I’ll save it for tomorrow.
The Wondrous Wreath is a new photopolymer stamp set in the Holiday catalog. I was going to make a quick video to show a few tips but then Stampin’ Up beat me to it!
Here Brandi from the corporate office shows how this set comes with a new alignment tab feature, which really helps us from turning and turning the framelits to cut out our images!
The tabs are a brilliant addition to these stamps! Really helps to line these up, which only makes our projects look better.
Wondrous Wreath Photopolymer Stamp Set #135047
Price: $25.95 Set of 9
You will want the bundle for the framelits, too! # 137624 $ 43.25
Lots of reinkers on sale this week! To see them in full size and detail, go to my store HERE
On page 5 of the Stampin’ Up Holiday catalog, there is a new toy called the Gift Box Punch Board. SU partnered again with We R Memory Keepers to bring on another paper crafting must-have to create fun boxes in 15 sizes. The largest is a 4″ x 4″ x 4″ box made with a 12×12 sheet of card stock. The smallest is 1-3/4″ x 1-3/4″ x 1-3/4″ made from a 6×6 piece card stock. I’m still experimenting with what else it can do!
Those of you that have ordered from me this past year should be getting yours in the mail any day now. I hear reports that some arrived yesterday! If you are new here and would like one, just email me with your name and address. (if you are a demonstrator or have a demonstrator already, please ask them for one)
The Holiday Catalog goes LIVE on August 28th! I can’t post a link here to the online version until the 28th but I know you are going to be delighted with all the new stamps and accessories! I’ve already spent over my budget for the preorders….
I made a video for those who are new to the Gift Box Punch Board:
If you are viewing this from your email, you may need to come to blog HERE to view video!
I know this will be a fun new tool to play with and I hope to find some other fun uses for it, too!

Stampin’ Up said there were new items on the Clearance Rack so I went to see what must-haves were there.
Remember these from last year’s holiday catty? I LOVE these little Old Olive bows on a clip!
on clearance 12 for only 2.39! #132148
Then I saw these and couldn’t believe they were $10 off! They were 24.95 and then they retired. Here they are for only 14.99!
Set of 3 Thinlits to cut our Merry, Thankful and Love . #132171
For more Clearance rack and other things on sale, be sure to check out the SU online store HERE.
I know some might say “oh, of course Linda has to say that, she’s a demonstrator, she’s supposed to say that!” but seriously, my friends that have seen it and my team, all say the same thing. THIS is a good one.
I think they should be arriving to customers by the 3rd week in August and it goes LIVE on August 28th! Plenty of time to start thinking about Halloween, Thanksgiving and Winter/Christmas – all things in the Holiday catty.
As demonstrators, we get to order early to play with the new products and take for a test drive.
I played a bit with the new Gift Card thinlit set and the Nordic designer paper and made a video for you:
If you want the recipe and cutting measurements, I have it stored on my Stamping School free video page. Once you are there, click the video and the PDF links are right under the video frame.
